Program Inclusions
Please carefully review the following information which contains important details about your stay. Please note that those who have achieved the exclusive Summit/Summit Elite will arrive two days earlier this year.
Travel
Roundtrip airfare for you and your guest from your home city to Barcelona-El Prat International Airport (BCN) on program dates is included. If you are extending your stay, any difference from the best fare on program dates will be at your own expense.
All flight reservations must go through the President's Club Registration Team. The President's Club Registration Team will email you an itinerary to approve once your qualification status has been formally verified and confirmed from the TriNet Commission's team
Hotel
Hotel accommodations are provided as follows:
President's Club and Diamond winners: Thursday, April 23, 2020 through Monday, April 27, 2020
Summit and Summit Elite winners: Tuesday, April 21, 2020 through Monday, April 27, 2020
*Please Note: Summit/Summit Elite dates are earlier than Club dates this year.
If you are interested in extending your stay either before or after President's Club, please contact the President's Club Registration Team and we will confirm room availability. Please know that availability is limited, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you must change or cancel your pre- or post-stay, please notify the President's Club Registration Team at least 30 days prior to your check-in date to avoid a cancellation penalty.
*Please Note: Hotel Arts Barcelona has a maximum room occupancy of three (3) guests per room, regardless of age. Therefore, should you be traveling with more than three (3) people, including yourself, an additional room, or upgraded room, is required to accommodate. Additional rooms and upgrades are based on availability, are not guaranteed, and are at your own expense. Please feel free to reach out to the President's Club Registration Team with any questions and to check options.
Meals
All meals are provided for you and your guest during program dates.
Transportation
Roundtrip airport transportation to and from Hotel Arts Barcelona is provided on program dates only. If you are extending your stay before or after main program dates, and need assistance arranging transportation, please contact the President's Club Registration Team. All non-program transportation arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the employee. If your children are travelling with you on main program dates, they are welcome to join the provided transportation for a fee. See the Travel Page for more information.
Activities
TriNet will host one activity for you and your guest on Saturday, April 25. Optional non-hosted activities are available at your own cost on Sunday, April 26 and will be charged to your credit card prior to your arrival in Barcelona.
Miscellaneous
Hotel bellman and housekeeping gratuities are provided for you and your guest during program dates.
