Airfare

Roundtrip airfare for you and a guest from your home city to Barcelona-El Prat International Airport (BCN) on program dates is included. During registration, you will be asked for you and your guest's preferred travel information as well as legal names, dates of birth, passport details and frequent flier numbers. The President's Club Registration Team will email you an itinerary to approve once your President's Club qualification status has been formally verified and confirmed from the TriNet Commissions team. Once approved, e-tickets will be issued and sent via email.
 
We will do our best to accommodate any airline preference; however, the option presented will be the best fare available that is accommodated by the TriNet budget. You will have the option to pay the difference in cost, from best fare, if you choose a preferred itinerary, preferred airline, or wish to travel on non-program dates. Any non-program related changes to your approved flights and any deviation from the best fare on program dates are at your own expense.  

Transportation

Roundtrip airport transportation to Hotel Arts Barcelona will be provided for you on main program travel dates only.  If you are extending your stay before or after main program dates, and need assistance arranging transportation, please contact the President's Club Registration Team.  All non-program date transportation arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the employee.

If your children are travelling with you on main program dates, they are welcome to join the provided transportation for a fee of $40 per child, each way. Please opt in for this during registration.  The law in Spain requires that a baby or young child be secured with a child safety seat when being transported in a car.  If you would like us to reserve a car seat for you, please indicate this during registration.  The credit card you provide during registration will be billed for children's transfers one month prior to the program. 

Upon your arrival at the Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN), please make your way through immigration, customs and baggage clearance.  As you exit the area, look for local staff holding a TriNet sign at the arrival hall who will escort you to your transportation.  Transfer time from the airport to the hotel is approximately 15 minutes.
