Name Badges

You will receive your name badge upon check-in at the Hotel Arts Barcelona. Name badges must be worn to all group functions, so please remember to wear it to all scheduled events.

Hospitality Desk

The President’s Club Hospitality Desk will be located in the Group Entrance area and staffed throughout the entire program, Tuesday, April 21 through Monday, April 27. Please stop by during desk hours if you need assistance or call the hotel operator and ask to be connected via phone.

Gratuities

TriNet has provided gratuities for your transportation, bellman on arrival and departure, hosted events, as well as housekeeping on a nightly basis. However, if you wish to provide a gratuity at your discretion, you are welcome to. Housekeeping gratuities for nights outside the program dates and any gratuities associated with a child, are at your own cost.

Personal Expenses

You will be responsible for incidental charges such as in-room mini-bar, movies, telephone charges, laundry, etc. As a standard hotel procedure, the Hotel Arts will collect a credit/debit card from all guests. This card will be authorized for €150 per night (approximately $175 USD) to guarantee your incidental charges. Upon check-out, you are responsible for settling your own account. Every meal during President's Club is provided for you and your guest.

Expense Policy

You can expense travel to and from your departure airport. You may also expense two (2) regular baggage fees per person. Overweight bags/additional luggage will be at your own expense.

Extending Your Stay

The TriNet discounted group rate is available three nights pre- and post- program at the Hotel Arts Barcelona, based on room availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Room and rate extensions are not guaranteed and are at your own expense. If you are interested in extending your stay either before or after President's Club or will require additional rooms, please contact the President's Club Registration Team and we will confirm room availability. Please know that availability is limited, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you must change or cancel your pre- or post-stay, please notify the President's Club Registration Team at least 30 days prior to your check-in date to avoid a cancellation penalty.

*Please Note: Hotel Arts Barcelona has a maximum room occupancy of three (3) guests per room, regardless of age. Therefore, should you be traveling with more than three (3) people, including yourself, an additional room, or upgraded room, is required to accommodate. Additional rooms and upgrades are based on availability, are not guaranteed, and are at your own expense. Please feel free to reach out to the registration team with any questions and to check on options.
