TriNet guests will be staying at the Fairmont Orchid on the Kohala Coast, a resort inspired by Hawaiian culture, well-being, and genuine Aloha spirit. Check In/Check Out Information
Standard check-in time at the hotel is after 4:00pm. Every effort will be made to have your room ready for you if you arrive earlier. Check-out time is 11:00am. The hotel will store your luggage if you have a late afternoon or evening flight and are unable to secure a late check-out.
You will be asked to provide a credit card upon arrival to cover your personal incidental charges while at the hotel. All major credit cards are accepted.
Internet Connectivity
Unlimited basic internet access is available in all guest rooms, as well as resort public areas such as lobbies and lounges to all Fairmont President’s Club members. Membership in Fairmont President's Club is complimentary. To become a Fairmont President’s Club member or to learn more, click here.
Business Services
The Business Center at the Fairmont Orchid Hawaii is located on the lobby level, adjacent to The Ballroom Courtyard. They can assist you with all your computer, equipment, office supplies, and shipping needs. The business center is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm. The business center concierge is available every day from 7am-7pm to provide additional assistance.
Car Rentals
Car rentals may be arranged through the Hertz Car Rental desk at the resort. Reservations are suggested by calling Hertz at 1-800-654-3011. Additional rental car companies are also available at the Kona-Keohole International Airport.
Family Travel
The Fairmont Orchid offers the Keiki Aloha Adventure Children’s Program for children between the ages of 5 and 12. Children will take part in daily activities focused on fun and learning on the Big Island. Full-day (9am-4pm) and half-day (9am-12pm) child care options are available. Reservations are encouraged.

Fitness Center
The Fitness Center is open 24-hours a day with guest room key access and no additional fees. The facility is a 1,708-square foot fitness center offering beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and pool, and includes the latest equipment:
