Welcome

Congratulations! Thank you for your outstanding contributions to TriNet in 2016! Your commitment and determination have earned you a recognition trip to the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii. This year, you will discover the Fairmont Orchid on the scenic Kohala Coast.  Inspired by culture, well-being, and genuine aloha, this resort boasts a sugar-white sandy lagoon, year-round children’s program, spa, golf, tennis, and six restaurants.

Program Inclusions

Please review the following information carefully, as it contains important details about your stay. Those who have achieved the exclusive President’s Circle will stay an additional two days. 

Travel

  • Roundtrip airfare for you and your guest from your home city to Kona International Airport (KOA) on program dates is included.
  • If you are extending your stay, any difference from the best fare on program dates will be at your own expense.
  • All flight reservations must go through the Registration Team. Employees who book their own flights will not be reimbursed.

Hotel

Hotel accommodations from Thursday, April 20, 2017 to Monday, April 24, 2017 are provided. (President’s Circle Winners will stay an additional two nights, checking out on Wednesday, April 26, 2017)

Meals

All meals are provided for you and your guest during program dates.

Transportation

Round-trip airport transportation to The Fairmont Orchid is provided on program dates only. If you are extending your stay before or after main program dates, transportation arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the employee. If your children are traveling with you on main program dates, they are welcome to join the provided transportation for a fee. See the travel page for more information.

Activities

TriNet will host one activity for you and your guest on Saturday, April 22nd. Optional non-hosted activities are available at your own cost on Sunday, April 23rd.

Miscellaneous

Hotel bellman and housekeeping gratuities are provided for you and your guest during program dates.
