Coach airfare for you and your guest will be paid for by Alteryx President’s Club. During registration, you will be asked for you and your guest's preferred travel information as well as legal names, dates of birth, passport details and frequent flier numbers. The President's Club Registration Team will then email you an itinerary to approve. Once approved, e-tickets will be issued and sent via email.
We will do our best to accommodate air travel preferences, however, the option presented will be the best fare available that is accommodated by the Alteryx budget. You will have the option to pay the difference in cost from best fare if you choose a preferred itinerary, preferred airline, or wish to travel on non-program dates. Any non-program related changes to your approved flights and any deviation from the best fare on program dates are at your own expense.
If you need to make any changes to your flight itinerary, please contact the President’s Club Registration Team at your earliest convenience.
