SkyPark
From the SkyPark Observation Deck 57 levels above the heart of the city, drink in the panoramic vistas of stunning Marina Bay, the world-class cityscape, the architectural wonders of Supertree Grove and the vibrant colors of Gardens by the Bay. Float in the 150-meter infinity pool which is exclusive to hotel guests, then stretch out to sunbathe on a luxurious poolside lounger, or relax in the shade of a palm tree. There are also two restaurants and a gift shop. SkyPark is open daily from 9:30am-7:00pm.
Museum
ArtScience Museum explores creative processes at the heart of art, science, technology and culture, and their roles in shaping society. It features 21 gallery spaces, hosting permanent and international exhibits on three floors across 6,000 square meters. The museum is open daily from 10:00am-7:00pm.
The 15,000-square meter casino incorporates over 350 table games and 2,300 slot machines. Beach wear (i.e. flip flops, slippers, casual shorts, sleeveless shirts) is not allowed on the casino floor, and all guests are required to play responsibly.
Check-In/Check-Out Information
Standard check-in time at the hotel is from 3:00pm. Every effort will be made to have your room ready for you if you arrive earlier. Check-out time is by 11:00am. The hotel will be able to store your luggage if your room is not available upon arrival or you have a late afternoon or evening flight on departure day.
You will be asked to provide a credit card upon arrival to cover your personal incidental charges while at the hotel. The hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB credit cards. Debit Cards are not accepted.

The MICE Business Centre is available to assist with business and meeting needs. It is located within the Sands Expo and Convention Centre on Level 3, and is open daily from 8:00am-8:00pm.

The hotel does not offer car rental services on location, however rental car companies are available at the Changi Airport.
