Travel Information

Airfare is coordinated by the President's Club Event Team for you and your guest. During registration, you will be asked for you and your guest's preferred travel information as well as legal names, dates of birth, passport details and frequent flier numbers. The President's Club Event Team will email you an itinerary to approve once. Once approved, e-tickets will be issued and sent via email. We will do our best to accommodate any airline preference; however, the option presented will be the best fare available that is accommodated by the Vensure budget. You will have the option to pay the difference in cost, from best fare, if you choose a preferred itinerary, preferred airline, or wish to travel on non-program dates. Any non-program related changes to your approved flights and any deviation from the best fare on program dates are at your own expense.

Travel Documents
Visiting St. Lucia from another country typically requires a valid passport that will remain valid for the duration of the stay. Visitors arriving in St. Lucia who are citizens of the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom will not be required to obtain a visa in order to visit St. Lucia. This is also true for countries with whom St. Lucia has an agreement for visa exemption. A full list of countries that require a visa to visit St. Lucia can be found at

Generally, all U.S. citizens are required to present a valid U.S. passport when traveling to St. Lucia, as well as proof of anticipated departure from the country. This includes travelers arriving by airplane and by private sea-going vessel. Those traveling to St. Lucia on a cruise may use another Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) compliant document. However, we strongly recommend visitors obtain a passport before travel in case of an unforeseen emergency that requires a cruise passenger to disembark and return by air.

Arriving in St. Lucia
Upon arrival at the Hewanorra International Airport (UVF), you will pass through Immigration and present the St. Lucian immigration agent with your passport. You will then claim your luggage and proceed through customs to declare any goods. Once through immigration, please look for a greeter with a Vensure President's Club sign. They will escort you to the vehicle that will take you to the hotel.
