Program Inclusions
Please carefully review the following information which contains important details about your stay.
- Roundtrip airfare for you and your guest from your home city to Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) during program dates
- Roundtrip airport transportation to and from the resort
- Accommodations at the all-inclusive, Zoëtry Marigot Bay from Thursday, March 30 through Sunday, April 2
- All meals for you and your guest, including:
- Welcome Reception
- Awards Dinner
- One hosted activity for both you and your guest on the following date
- Friday, March 31
All flight reservations must be booked through the President’s Club Event Team. Keep an eye out for an email from the team with an itinerary to approve. If you are interested in extending your stay either before or after the President Club dates, please contact the President’s Club Event Team and they will confirm room availably. Please know that availability is limited, and they will do the best to accommodate your needs. If you plan to extend your stay, any difference from the best fare on program dates will be at your own expense. If you must change or cancel your pre- or post-stay, please notify the President's Club Event Team at least 30 days prior to your check-in date to avoid any cancellation penalties.
