1. What if I want to extend my stay in Puerto Rico?
If you would like to extend your stay at your own expense at the Fairmont El San Juan, before or after the group stay, please contact the President's Club Event Team. The PowerSchool discount group rate is available three nights pre- & post-program. Rooms are subject to availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis. If you must change or cancel your pre or post stay, please notify the President's Club Event Team at least 30 days prior to your check-in date to avoid a cancellation penalty.
If you are interested in extending your stay elsewhere in Puerto Rico, the President's Club Event Team is available to assist in coordinating custom tours and excursions. Please contact the President's Club Event Team for more information.
2. Can I bring a guest to PowerSchool President's Club 2022?
Yes, you can bring a guest to PowerSchool President's Club 2022. Your guest for this event should be your "significant other." If you do not have a significant other to bring, an adult family member or friend may join you if they are not a former employee of PowerSchool. This excludes bringing a child in lieu of your guest.
Please note: If your significant other works for PowerSchool and qualifies for President's Club as well, you are not entitled to bring a separate guest; you must attend with each other. If your significant other works for PowerSchool and has NOT qualified for President's Club, this request must be submitted for review and approval by PowerSchool.
3. What if I want to reserve an additional room?
You can reserve an additional room at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel at your own cost, based on availability. Please indicate your request on the hotel page of the registration process or contact the President's Club Event Team directly for assistance.
4. How do I book my travel to Puerto Rico?
You will be flying to Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU). Please book your flights through the company provided Egencia account per normal PowerSchool travel and expense protocols. Use P Club Event for the travel code. Please plan to arrive by 4:30pm on Monday, May 16 as the Welcome Reception begins at 6:00pm. When you have confirmed flights, please return to registration to input your flight information by April 15, 2022.
5. What attire is appropriate?
General attire for the program is resort casual, (i.e., comfortable clothing and walking shoes, shorts, sundresses, etc.). Click here for more details on recommended attire. Following are a few suggestions for clothing:

6. How do I make dinner reservations for the free night?
Please reach out to the President's Club Event Team for assistance with dinner reservations or click here for a list of restaurant recommendations.
7. Do I need a credit/debit card for my incidental charges at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel?
Yes. As a standard hotel check-in procedure, the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel will collect a debit/credit card from all guests. This card will be authorized for $100 a day to guarantee your incidental charges. Upon check-out, you are responsible for settling your own account. If you do not have a credit/debit card, please contact the President's Club Event Team before traveling to President's Club.
8. What can I expense?
During the President's Club 2022 event, ground transportation to and from the hotel will be covered by PowerSchool on main Arrival Day (May 16) and main Departure Day (May 20). All meals will be provided for you during the President's Club 2022 event dates. Meals on main arrival day prior to hotel arrival and on main departure day, post hotel departure are allowable expenses. All other expenses will be out of pocket.
9. Can I expense baggage fees?
You may expense 2 regular baggage fees per person. Overweight bags/additional luggage will be at your own expense.
10. Can I expense my travel to/from my home and my originating airport (including airport parking)?
Yes. Please use your best judgment and follow corporate policies for evaluating the most cost-effective travel options to the airport. Transportation to/from the airport in Puerto Rico will be provided if you are traveling on main program dates.
11. Does the hotel have internet?
Yes, basic internet access is available in each guest room and is included with your stay.
12. Is there a rental car company at the hotel?
No, car rental companies are available at the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport.
