Name Badges

You will receive your name badge upon check-in at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel. Name badges must be worn to all group functions, so please remember to wear it to all scheduled events.

Hospitality Desk

The President’s Club Hospitality Desk will be in the hotel lobby Monday, May 16 through Friday, May 20.  The Hospitality Desk will be staffed throughout the entire program. Please stop by during desk hours if you need assistance or call the hotel operator and ask to be connected via phone.

PowerSchool has provided gratuities for your transportation, bellman on arrival and departure, hosted events, as well as housekeeping on a nightly basis. However, if you wish to provide a gratuity at your discretion, you are welcome to. Housekeeping gratuities for nights outside the program dates and any gratuities associated with a child, are at your own cost.


PowerSchool will provide the following meals during your stay:

Personal Expenses

You will be responsible for incidental charges such as in-room mini-bar, movies, telephone charges, laundry, etc. As a standard hotel procedure, the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel will collect a credit/debit card from all guests. This card will be authorized for $100 per night to guarantee your incidental charges. Upon check-out, you are responsible for settling your own account. Every meal during President's Club is provided for you and your guest.

Please refer to PowerSchool’s current Travel and Expense Policy for details on the requirements for submitting expenses incurred in relation to President's Club 2022. 

Extending Your Stay

The PowerSchool discounted group rate is available three nights pre- and post- program at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel, based on room availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Room and rate extensions are not guaranteed and are at your own expense.  If you are interested in extending your stay either before or after President's Club or will require additional rooms, please contact the President's Club Event Team and we will confirm room availability.  Please know that availability is limited, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  If you must change or cancel your pre- or post-stay, please notify the President's Club Event Team at least 30 days prior to your check-in date to avoid a cancellation penalty.

If you are interested in extending your stay elsewhere in Puerto Rico, the President's Club Event Team is available to assist in coordinating custom tours and excursions.  Please contact the President's Club Event Team for more information.
