Air Travel
Please book your round-trip flights through your company provided Egencia account following normal PowerSchool travel and expense protocols. Use PClub as the travel code. When you have a confirmed flight, please return to registration to input your confirmed flights by April 15.
- Main arrival day is, Monday, May 16
- Please plan to arrive to hotel by 4:30pm for Welcome Reception which starts at 6:00pm
- Main departure day is Friday, May 20
You will be flying into Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU). The hotel is a 2.5-mile transfer from the airport, estimated at 8 minutes. Ground transportation details will be provided close to the program dates.
Ground Transportation
Roundtrip airport transportation to the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel is provided on main program dates only. If you are extending your stay before or after main program dates, and need assistance arranging transportation, please contact the President's Club Event Team. All non-program transportation arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the employee.
