Standard check-in time at the hotel is after 4:00pm. Every effort will be made to have your room ready for you if you arrive earlier. Check-out time is 11:00am. The hotel will be able to store your luggage if you have a late afternoon or evening flight and are unable to secure a late check-out.

 

You will be asked to provide a credit card upon arrival to cover your personal incidental charges while at the hotel. All major credit cards are accepted.

The Business Center at the Fairmont Orchid Hawaii is located on the lobby level, adjacent to The Ballroom Courtyard.  They can assist you with all of your computer, equipment, office supplies, and shipping needs.  The business center is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm.  The business center concierge is available every day from 7am-7pm to provide additional assistance.

Car rentals may be arranged through the Hertz Car Rental desk at the resort.  Advance reservations are suggested by calling Hertz at 1-800-654-3011.  Additional rental car companies are also available at the Kona-Keohole International Airport.

The Fairmont Orchid offers the Keiki Aloha Adventure Children’s Program for children between the ages of 5 and 12.  Children will take part in daily activities focused on fun and learning on the Big Island.  Full-day (9am-4pm) and Half-day (9am-12pm) child care options are available.  Reservations are encouraged.
