Name Badges

You will receive your name badge upon check-in at the Fairmont Orchid. Name badges must be worn to all group functions, so please remember to wear it to all scheduled events.

Hospitality Desk

The Adaptive Founder’s Club Hospitality Desk will be located in the Paniolo Lounge of the hotel, Monday February 20th through Friday February 24th. Gratuities

Adaptive has provided gratuities for your transportation, bellman on arrival & departure, hosted events, as well as housekeeping on a nightly basis. However, if you wish to provide a gratuity at your discretion, you are welcome to. Housekeeping gratuities for nights outside the program dates and any gratuities associated with a child, is at your own cost.

Personal Expenses

You will be responsible for incidental charges such as in-room mini-bar, movies, telephone charges, laundry, etc. As a standard hotel check-in procedure, the Fairmont Orchid will collect a credit/debit card from all guests. This card will be authorized for $100 per night to guarantee your incidental charges. Upon check-out, you are responsible for settling your own account.  Every meal during Founder’s Club is provided for you and your guest.

Expense Policy

You are allowed to expense your travel to and from your departure airport.  You may expense 2 regular baggage fees per person. Overweight bags or additional luggage will not be covered.

Extending Your Stay

The Adaptive discounted group rate is available three nights pre & post program, based on room availability at a first-come, first-serve basis.  Room and rate extensions are not guaranteed, and at your own expense.  Please contact the Adaptive Founder’s Club Registration Team if you would like to extend your stay, and we will confirm room availability.  Please know that availability is limited and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  If you have to change or cancel your pre or post stay, please notify the Registration Team at least 14 days prior to your check-in date to avoid a cancellation penalty.  You can reach us by phone at (415) 501-9132 or AdaptiveFC2017@evolutionaryevents.com.
