Airfare
Airfare is coordinated by the Revenue Winners' Circle Event Team for you and your guest.  During registration, you will be asked for you and your guest's preferred travel information as well as legal names, dates of birth, passport details and frequent flier numbers.  The Revenue Winners' Circle Event Team will email you an itinerary to approve.  Once approved, e-tickets will be issued and sent via email.  We will do our best to accommodate any airline preference; however, the option presented will be the best fare available that is accommodated by Gympass budget.  You will have the option to pay the difference in cost, from best fare, if you choose a preferred itinerary, preferred airline, or wish to travel on non-program dates.

Any non-program related changes to your approved flights and any deviation from the best fare on program dates are at your own expense.

If you are extending your stay, any difference from the best fare on program dates will be at your own expense.

Arriving in Mexico
Upon arrival at the Cancun International Airport (CUN), you will pass through Immigration and present the Mexican immigration agent with your passport.  You will then claim your luggage and proceed through customs to declare any goods.  Once through immigration, please look for a greeter with a Gympass Revenue Winners' Circle sign. They will escort you to the shuttle that will take you to the hotel.

Travel Documents
Please make sure that you have the proper documents to enter Mexico.  Citizens from the US, UK, & Italy  are required to present passports with one page available for the entry stamp and valid at least six months beyond your planned date of departure regardless of age. If you are traveling from Spain or Brazil, you will need to acquire a Mexico Visa. Travelers from Argentina will need to have a tourist card or FMM. Travelers from Germany & Chile will need to acquire an FMM.

Transportation
Roundtrip ground transportation will be provided for you and your guest on the main arrival day, March 6 and main departure day, March 10.  Transportation on non-program dates will be at your own expense, but can be coordinated through the Event Team, along with the costs for any additional guests.
