If you plan to bring additional guests, there is a strict number of occupancy per room (3 adults and 1 child (under 12) or 2 adults and 2 children who are 12 years and under). There are additional fees for 3rd and 4th guests, and these costs are at your own expense. If you are interested in extending your stay either before or after Revenue Winners' Circle, or looking to bring additional family members, please contact the Revenue Winners' Circle Event Team and we will confirm room availability and costs. Please know that availability is limited, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
If you must change or cancel your pre- or post-stay, please notify the Revenue Winners' Circle Event Team at least 30 days prior to your check-in date to avoid a cancellation penalty.

Check-In/Check-Out Information
Standard check-in time at the hotel is after 3:00pm. Every effort will be made to have your room ready for you if you arrive earlier. Check-out time is 12:00pm. The hotel will be able to store your luggage if your room is not available upon arrival or you have a late afternoon or evening flight on departure day.
You will be asked to provide a credit card upon arrival to cover personal incidentals while at the hotel. All major credit cards are accepted.
