Frequently Asked Questions 

1.    What if I want to extend my stay in Mexico?
If you would like to extend your stay at your own expense at Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa, before or after the group stay, please contact the Revenue Winners' Circle Event Team.  Gympass discount group rate is available three nights pre- & post-program.  Rooms are subject to availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis.  If you must change or cancel your pre or post stay, please notify the Revenue Winners' Circle Event Team at least 30 days prior to your check-in date to avoid a cancellation penalty.

2.    Can I bring a guest to Gympass Revenue Winners' Circle?
Yes, Gympass will cover your +1 adult guest. 

3.    Can I bring my children to Gympass Revenue Winners' Circle?
Yes, you may bring your children, additional hotel, air ticket and ground transportation costs will be at your own expense.  Additionally, kids will not be allowed to attend the group dinners or meetings.  If you are in need of child care, Dreams Riviera Cancun has a Kid's Club on-site.  The Kid's Club is available for kids aged 3-12 and is open from 9:00AM until 10:00PM.  Please contact the Event Team to discuss your options and pricing.

4.    What if I want to reserve an additional room?
You can reserve an additional room at Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa at your own cost, based on availability.  Please indicate your request on the hotel page of the registration process or contact the Revenue Winners' Circle Event Team directly for assistance. 

5.    Do I book my own airfare? 
No, when you register you will be asked for your flight information.  The Revenue Winners' Circle Event Team will email you an itinerary for you to approve.  All flight reservations must go through the Revenue Winners' Circle Event Team.  Once approved, e-tickets will be issued and sent via email.  While we will do our best to accommodate any preferences for travel time or airlines, the best fare in economy available is what will be presented. Any non-program related changes to your approved flights, including itinerary preferences, airline preferences, or upgrades from economy, are at your own expense. 

6.    What attire is appropriate?
General attire for the program is resort casual, (i.e., comfortable clothing and walking shoes, shorts, sundresses, etc.),

7.    Do I need a credit/debit card for my incidental charges at Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa? 
Yes.  As a standard hotel check-in procedure, Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa will collect a debit/credit card from all guests.  This card will be authorized for $100 a day to guarantee your incidental charges.  Upon check-out, you are responsible for settling your own account.  If you do not have a credit/debit card, please contact the Revenue Winners' Circle Event Team before traveling to Revenue Winners' Circle. 

8.    What can I expense? 
During the Revenue Winners' Circle event, ground transportation at Cancún International Airport to and from the hotel will be covered by Gympass, meals will be provided for you during the Revenue Winners' Circle event dates.  Meals on main arrival day prior to hotel arrival and on main departure day, post hotel departure are allowable expenses.  All other expenses will be out of pocket. 

9.    Can I expense baggage fees? 
You may expense 2 regular baggage fees per person.  Overweight bags/additional luggage will be at your own expense.

10.    Can I expense my travel to/from my home and my originating airport (including airport parking)? 
Yes.  Please use your best judgment and follow corporate policies for evaluating the most cost-effective travel options to the airport. Transportation to/from the airport in Mexico will be provided if you are traveling on main program dates. 

11.    Will I be able to use my electrical appliances in the hotel?
Yes.  Mexico relies on a 110-volt electrical current which is compatible to the standard US electrical plugs. 

12.    Will my cellular phone work in Mexico?
Cell phone plans will incur roaming charges in Mexico.  Please check with your individual provider about international calling and data plans.  Please note, international roaming fees can be quite costly, so we highly recommend researching the fees in advance!  Using apps like Skype and WhatsApp will allow you to make calls over a Wi-Fi connection without using your data plan.

13.    Does the hotel have internet?
Yes, basic internet access is available in each guest room and is included with your stay. 

14.    Is there a rental car company at the hotel?
No, car rental companies are available at the Cancún International Airport (CUN).
