Hotel Accommodations
Hotel accommodations from Wednesday, May 8th to Sunday, May 12th at the Hotel Arts Barcelona are provided.  If you are interested in extending your stay either before or after President's Club, please contact the President's Club Registration Team and we will confirm room availability.  Availability is limited, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  If you must change or cancel your extended stay, please notify the President's Club Registration Team by Wednesday, May 1st to avoid a cancellation penalty.

Tucked away on the 42nd and 43rd floors of the hotel, 43 The Spa, offers a luxury retreat that draws inspiration from the Mediterranean Sea below. The 3,000-sq.-ft. Barcelona spa features a robust treatment menu including massages and facials from skincare line Natura Bissé. The duplex spa also includes separate relaxation areas for ladies and gentlemen, each with a sauna, color therapy steam room, vitality pool and ice fountain.

Terraces and Swimming Pool

The Hotel Arts Barcelona encompasses two levels of gardens and terraces and two outdoor pools. More than 1,000 square meters (10,000 square feet) to enjoy swimming in the pool, soaking up the sun, sipping a cocktail or a glass of champagne at sunset during lush summer evenings.

The new Infinity Pool & Lounge invites you to enjoy the sea breeze and feel the warmth of the sun during the day, transforming with the sunset into the most chic and sophisticated lounge in Barcelona where you can enjoy of the best cocktails and music by the sea. A place privileged by its panoramic views of the sea, Frank Gehry’s iconic golden fish sculpture: El Peix, as well as precious moments of privacy in one of Barcelona’s most exclusive areas.

Check-In/Check-Out Information

Standard check-in time at the hotel is from 3:00pm. Every effort will be made to have your room ready for you if you arrive earlier. Check-out time is by 12:00pm. The hotel will be able to store your luggage if your room is not available upon arrival or you have a late afternoon or evening flight on departure day.

You will be asked to provide a credit/debit card upon arrival to cover your personal incidental charges while at the hotel.  The hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB credit cards.

Internet
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in guestrooms throughout your stay and in the public areas of the resort.
 
Business Services
Hotel Arts Barcelona has put the finishing touches on the iLounge, an innovative work space created in collaboration with Apple, which reinvents the classic concept of a Business Center, offering a new experience with comfort and the latest technology. The new iLounge has an open space equipped with the latest advances in technology and computers, focused on an efficient and convenient use of services for companies and for guests.
 
Car Rentals
The hotel does not offer car rental services on location, however, rental car companies are available at the Barcelona Airport.

Hotel bellman and housekeeping gratuities are provided for you and your guest during program dates.
