Alteryx is thrilled to host you and a guest for a fun-filled and exciting five days in Barcelona. With its cosmopolitan feel, beautiful beaches, relaxed pace of life, breathtaking architecture, fantastic gastronomy, and unbeatable climate, Barcelona is the city that has everything!

Travel
Roundtrip airfare for you and a guest from your home city to Barcelona El Prat International Airport (BCN) on program dates is included. If you are extending your stay, any difference from the best fare on program dates will be at your own expense.
All flight reservations must go through the President's Club Registration Team. Upon completion of registration with flight requests, the President's Club Registration Team will email you a separate itinerary to approve prior to booking.
Hotel
Hotel accommodations from Wednesday, May 8th to Sunday, May 12th at the Hotel Arts Barcelona are provided. If you are interested in extending your stay either before or after President's Club, please contact the President's Club Registration Team and we will confirm room availability. Availability is limited, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you must change or cancel your extended stay, please notify the President's Club Registration Team by Friday, March 2nd to avoid a cancellation penalty.
Meals
All meals are provided for you and your guest during program dates.
Transportation
Roundtrip airport transportation to and from Hotel Arts Barcelona is provided on program dates only. If you are extending your stay before or after main program dates, and need assistance arranging transportation, please contact the President's Club Registration Team. All non-program transportation arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the employee.
Activities
Alteryx will host one daytime activity for you and your guest on Friday, May 10th. Optional non-hosted activities are available at your own cost on Saturday, May 11th and will be charged to your credit card prior to your arrival in Barcelona.
Miscellaneous
Hotel bellman and housekeeping gratuities are provided for you and your guest during program dates.
