Air Travel Information
Please book your round-trip flights through your company provided Egencia account following normal PowerSchool travel and expense protocols. When you have a confirmed flight, please return to registration to input your confirmed flights by December 16.
It is 100% required for all attendees that you use “NSM 2023” as the reason for travel in Egencia.
Main arrival day is Monday, January 23
- Main group – arrive to hotel by 4:00pm for welcome reception at 5:00pm
Main departure day is Thursday, January 26
- Main group - schedule your flight departure time after 11:30am
- Leadership group - any attendee that is a people manager is required to attend the leadership meeting on Thursday morning and can schedule your flight departure time after 1:00pm
You will be flying into San Diego International Airport (SAN). The hotel is a 3.5 mile transfer from the airport, estimated at 10 minutes. Ground transportation details will be provided close to the program dates.
