Main arrival day is Monday, January 23

• Main group – arrive to hotel by 4:00pm for welcome reception at 5:00pm

Main departure day is Thursday, January 26

• Main group - schedule your flight departure time after 11:30am
• Leadership group - any attendee that is a people manager is required to attend the leadership meeting on Thursday morning and can schedule your flight departure time after 1:00pm
