1. What is included in the program?
Two round-trip coach class tickets from your home city to Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN), transfer to and from the airport (if traveling on main program dates), four nights stay at Big Sky Resort, Room Credits and a Cocktail Reception.

2. What if I want to extend my stay at Big Sky?
If you would like to extend your stay at your own expense at Big Sky Resort after the group stay, please contact the President’s Event Club Team. The discounted group rate is available post-program.  Rooms are subject to availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis.  If you must change or cancel your pre- or post- stay, please notify the President's Club Event Team at least 7 days prior to your check-in date to avoid a cancellation penalty.

3. Can I bring a guest to President's Club 2023?
Yes, you can bring a guest to President's Club 2023. Guests can be an adult family member, friend , or children 18 years of age or older.  If you are interested in bringing a guest under 18, please contact Gregg Martello.

4. How do I book my travel to Bozeman?
You will be flying to Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN). When you register you will be asked for your preferred flight information. The President's Club Event Team will email you an itinerary for you to approve.  All flight reservations must go through the President's Club Event Team.  Once approved, e-tickets will be issued and sent via email.  Any non-program related changes to your approved flights are at your own expense.

5. How do I get from the airport to Big Sky Resort?
CoAdvantage will provide transportation from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) to the hotel on main travel dates only.  The main arrival date is July 24 and main departure day is July 28.

6. What attire is appropriate?
General attire for the program is resort casual, (i.e., comfortable clothing and walking shoes, shorts, sundresses, etc.).

7.  Do I need a credit/debit card for my incidental charges at Big Sky Resort?
Yes.  As a standard hotel check-in procedure, Big Sky Resort will collect a debit/credit card from all guests.  This card will be authorized for $100 a day to guarantee your incidental charges.  Upon check-out, you are responsible for settling your own account.  If you do not have a credit/debit card, please contact the President's Club Event Team before traveling to President's Club.

8.  What can I expense?
Round trip flights, round trip ground transportation in Montana on main arrival and departure days plus 4 nights hotel accommodation are provided. In addition, a Room Credit will be provided to help cover some expenses (shopping, spa, room services, restaurants, etc.).

9.  Can I expense baggage fees?
You may expense 2 regular baggage fees per person. Overweight bags/additional luggage will be at your own expense.

10.  Can I expense my travel to/from my home and my originating airport (including airport parking)?
Yes.  Please use your best judgment and follow corporate policies for evaluating the most cost-effective travel options to the airport. Transportation to/from the airport in Montana will be provided if you are traveling on main program dates.

11.  Does the hotel have internet?
Yes, basic internet access is available in each guest room and is included with your stay.

12.  Is there a rental car company at the hotel?
No, car rental companies are available at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport.
