General

Evolutionary Events is CoAdvantage’s vendor partner who we have chosen to make the Leadership Summit the premier conference of the year. They handle all logistics required to produce an event of this magnitude. 

Each day will be packed with programs and training. All events are mandatory, and attendance is recorded since full participation benefits the entire group. Most of your time will be spent on our planned activities throughout the day and evenings, and you may refer to the Program Agenda for more details.

Arrivals:

  • Non-Local Attendees (flying): Monday, June 15 at anytime
  • Local Attendees (driving): Tuesday, June 16 by 7:30 AM to register, grab breakfast and be ready to start promptly at 8:30 AM

You will receive a digital personal agenda outlining all your session details prior to your arrival at the conference.
Please be advised: Attendance is required at all CoAdvantage meetings, meals, and events.

No, this event is strictly for CoAdvantage employees only. 

The recommended attire is smart casual for all events.

Hotel

Complimentary internet access is available in all guest rooms as well as most public spaces throughout the property.  

As standard hotel check-in procedure, individuals must provide their own major credit card and photo ID upon check-in to guarantee incidental charges. Your credit card will be authorized for $50.00 USD per night to guarantee your incidental charges. Upon check-out, you are responsible for settling your own account and paying for any incidental charges and/or additional room nights. 

Travel

All flights will be arranged directly by the Events Team. After you complete your registration, you will be contacted with flight options that best fit your schedule.

The Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront Hotel is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport (TPA), with an estimated travel time of 25–35 minutes, depending on traffic.

Please use ride apps of your preference, or taxi. We strongly encourage carpooling to keep costs manageable.  

You may upgrade your flights using your personal expense or membership miles. You must first book through the Event Team, then if you want to upgrade, work directly with the airline carrier. Click here for all air booking guidelines and allowances. 

Please contact the Event Team you must change your flight. They will work with CoAdvantage to get authorization. Changes made for personal reasons will be at your own cost. Changes made due to a business-related schedule will be paid for by CoAdvantage.

Expense Reimbursement

Round trip flights, round trip ground transportation in Tampa / St. Petersburg on main arrival and departure days plus hotel accommodations on main program dates are provided.

All meals (with drinks) are provided for you during the conference dates. Any other meals (or drinks) will be covered at your own expense. 

Meals on the main arrival day prior to hotel arrival and after hotel departure on main departure day are allowable expenses if handled in accordance with all applicable corporate policies. 

All hotel incidentals (room service, laundry, minibar, etc.) will be your responsibility and cannot be expensed. 

Yes, but please use your best judgment and follow corporate policies to evaluate the most cost-effective travel options to and from the airport.
