Air
You will be flying into Tampa International Airport (TPA) or St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE). All flights will be arranged directly by the Events Team. After you complete your registration, you will be contacted with flight options that best fit your schedule.

Driving
All local attendees driving to the hotel should plan to arrive on June 16 in time to park, register, eat breakfast and be ready for the start of session at 8:30 AM. If you plan to drive, please note that valet parking at the hotel is very limited and parking in local garages is highly encourage. Please see below for additional locations you may park.

• Main Attendees (non-sales): Wednesday, June 17 after 2:00 PM
• Sales Attendees: Thursday, June 18 anytime

Ground
The Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront Hotel is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport (TPA), with an estimated travel time of 25–35 minutes, depending on traffic. From the St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE), the hotel is approximately a 13-mile drive, with an estimated travel time of 20–25 minutes.

Recommended Transportation Options
The easiest and most convenient way to reach the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront from TPA or PIE is by rideshare app services such as Uber or Lyft. We recommend coordinating with colleagues to share a ride when possible.

The drive typically takes 25–30 minutes, depending on traffic.
Uber and Lyft are readily available and often offer slightly lower fares depending on demand.

All Terminals: After baggage claim, proceed to the designated Ground Transportation areas and follow signs to:

• Red Express Curbside
• Blue Express Curbside

Pickup zones are clearly marked for Uber and Lyft and your app will confirm the exact location.

Ride App Pickup Locations at St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport
After landing, follow signs for "Ground Transportation" and "Baggage Claim". Walk outside to the designated TNC/Rideshares area, which is located curbside in front of the terminal at Arrivals or Ticketing.
