Recommended Attire
The recommended attire for the Leadership Summit is business casual for all events, except for the Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening.

Join us on the rooftop as we race back to the 80s with a Miami Vice-inspired celebration. Pastel colors, bold prints, neon accents, shoulder pads, loafers, and retro accessories are all encouraged. Whether you keep it subtle or go full 80s icon, have fun with the theme and bring your best throwback style!

The bolder the look, the better.

Expectations
•    Be engaged, ready to participate, and on time each day
•    Get to know your colleagues & connect with people you do not normally spend time with

Travel

• Taxi, Uber, Lyft, train, etc. to/from your home and the hotel, are expensable.
• Mileage and Parking fees are expensable
• One checked bag fee is expensable

Hotel
Accommodations at the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront hotel, specific to the dates below, are covered by CoAdvantage (via event registration).
•    Non-Local Attendees (flying): Monday, June 15 – Wednesday, June 17
•    Local Attendees (driving): Tuesday, June 16 –  Wednesday, June 17

Note: Exceptions to this are those that have already received specific approval from the events team, outside of the above-mentioned parameters.

As standard hotel check-in procedure, individuals must provide their own major credit card and photo ID upon check-in to guarantee incidental charges. Your credit card will be authorized for $50.00 USD per night to guarantee your incidental charges. Upon check-out, you are responsible for settling your own account and paying for any incidental charges and/or additional room nights. 

Meals
Meals will be provided on the following days and are covered by CoAdvantage
•    Tuesday: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
•    Wednesday: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner (for sales only)

Note: 

• Please note that additional food expenses outside of these meals are the employee’s responsibility and are not reimbursable.
• Meals during travel, that are covered under the CoAdvantage travel policy specific to your region, are expensable.
