Yes, Sponsors are permitted and encouraged to attend General Session during VSKO.

Please be sure to arrive on Monday afternoon, August 3, so you have ample time to set up your exhibit space. If you are a part of a Sponsorship Package that includes the VIP Welcome Event on Monday, please plan to arrive at the hotel no later than 3:00 PM CDT on Monday.   

Yes, you can purchase additional Attendee Registrations outside of your chosen package for $1,500.00 per attendee (not including hotel and travel). Depending upon your tier package, you will determine the additional number of attendees you can register.

Evolutionary Events is the vendor Vensure has partnered with to make VSKO the premier conference of the year! They are handling all logistics with the various vendors required to coordinate a conference of this magnitude.

Complimentary internet access is available in all guest rooms (up to 3 devices), as well as most public spaces throughout the property.  

No. If you require hotel reservations during your stay, the VSKO Event Team will book based on the information you provide during registration for $229.00 per night from Monday, August 3 - Wednesday, August 5, 2026. Please note: As a standard hotel check-in procedure, Loews will collect a credit or debit card from all guests. This card will be authorized for a nightly charge to guarantee any incidentals. Upon check-out, please ensure you settle your folio with the hotel directly, as you will be responsible for the room rate, taxes, and all incidentals.  

If you are interested in extending your stay either before or after the Sales Kickoff dates, please contact the VSKO Event Team and they will confirm room availability. Please know that availability is limited, and they will do their best to accommodate your needs. 

Yes - self-parking at the hotel is $25.00 + tax daily, and short-term valet parking is $32.00 + tax. 

Please book your round-trip travel into Kansas International Airport (MCI). While the VSKO Event Team cannot assist you with your air travel booking, please feel free to contact them should you have any questions.   

Vensure will not be providing transportation for Sponsors to and from the hotel. We recommend utilizing ride share services such as Uber or Lyft. If you require additional assistance, please contact the VSKO Event Team.
