Air Travel Information
You will be flying to McCarran International Airport (LAS). Airfare is provided for you and will be coordinated by the Incorta RKO Registration Team. During registration you will be asked for your travel information, including legal name, gender, and date of birth. This information is required by TSA for booking airfare and must match your Legal Identification.
After your registration is complete, the Incorta RKO Registration Team will be in contact with you. You will be sent your itinerary for immediate approval under a separate cover. All travel itineraries must be approved within 24 hours of receipt, as space and fares are not guaranteed until ticketed. If there are any changes made to your itinerary after ticketing other than what is considered business-related, you will be responsible for the change fees and any additional fare difference. NOTE: It is not permissible to book your own flights.
International Travelers
If you are an international attendee flying to the U.S., the Incorta RKO Registration Team will be assisting you with booking your airfare to Las Vegas. During registration you will be asked to submit your prefered travel requirements including your passport details. Please note: All international attendees are pre-approved to arrive on Sunday, January 9, 2022.
Important Information for International Attendees: When traveling to the United States, some foreign citizens may require a visa while others may be eligible to travel without a visa under the Visa Waiver Program. To find out if you need a visa to travel to the US and if so, what kind, please click here. If you are eligible to travel under the Visa Waiver Program (requirements can be checked here), you will need to obtain your Electronics System for Travel Authorization (ESTA). If you need a visa, there are a couple of ways you can obtain one. CIBT is a company that offers services in speedy visa obtainment. Transportation
The Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is located 10 minutes from the airport. Incorta will provide airport transfers for attendees on the main arrival and departure dates only (January 10 and January 12) as well as for attendees who have been pre-approved to arrive to Las Vegas earlier than January 10. Incorta attendees are required to take the Incorta shuttles from the airport to the hotel. Please note: If you choose to take a taxi or any transportation other than the pre-arranged shuttle, this will be at your cost and cannot be expensed after the event.
