Travel
Please follow corporate guidelines to book your air travel through the Alteryx Concur system. When entering GKO expenses (airfare, ground transportation, meals at leisure) into the Concur system, please select "Global Kickoff" under the "Internal Events/Programs" dropdown.
Arrival - to ensure your timely attendance and participation at the Welcome Reception, plan to arrive at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center, on January 20 by 4:00pm MST.
Departure - You may depart at any time on Wednesday, January 23 provided there are no team meetings scheduled. Please check with your manager.
Your travel itinerary is required and must be sent to the Alteryx Global Kickoff Registration Team at AlteryxGKO2019@evolutionaryevents.com by December 30, 2018.
If you are a new hire based in North America and DO NOT have access to Concur, please contact Concur@alteryx.com.
International Travelers
If you are an international associate flying to the US, the Alteryx Global Kickoff Registration Team will be assisting you with booking your airfare to Denver. During registration you will be asked to submit your prefered travel requirements. After your registration is complete, the Alteryx Global Kickoff Registration Team will be in contact with you to book your flights and will send an itinerary option for review. If you have any questions regarding your travel to Alteryx GKO, please do not hesitate to contact the Registration Team.
Important Information for International Associates
When traveling to the United States, some foreign citizens may require a visa while others may be eligible to travel without a visa under the Visa Waiver Program. To find out if you need a visa to travel to the US and if so, what kind, please click here. If you are eligible to travel under the Visa Waiver Program (requirements can be checked here), you will need to obtain your Electronics System for Travel Authorization (ESTA). To obtain your ESTA (or check the status of your current ESTA) please click here.
If you need a visa, there are a couple of ways you can obtain one. CIBT is a company that offers services in speedy visa obtainment. You will work with a Concierge Specialist who will walk you through the entire process from start to finish, helping you with each step. To start the visa process with CIBT, please click here. If you prefer not to use CIBT, you are welcome to apply on the United States travel website here.
In addition to visas, it is important to note that when you are traveling to the US your passport must be valid at least 6 months after your expected travel dates.
