Air Travel Information
You will be flying to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Airfare is provided for you and will be coordinated by the Event Team. During registration you will be asked for your travel information, including legal name, gender, and date of birth. This information is required by TSA for booking airfare and must match your Legal Identification.
After your registration is complete, the Event Team will be in contact with you. You will be sent your itinerary for immediate approval under a separate cover. All travel itineraries must be approved within 24 hours of receipt, as space and fares are not guaranteed until ticketed. If there are any changes made to your itinerary after ticketing other than what is considered business-related, you will be responsible for the change fees and any additional fare difference. NOTE: It is not permissible to book your own flights.
Transportation
The Marriott Phoenix Chandler is located 15 minutes from the airport. Vensure will provide airport transfers for attendees on the main arrival and departure dates only (Sunday, August 7 and Tuesday, August 9) . Vensure attendees are required to take the Vensure shuttles from the airport to the hotel. Please note: If you choose to take a taxi or any transportation other than the pre-arranged shuttle, this will be at your cost and cannot be expensed after the event.
