Your Activity

Select an activity for you and your guest during registration. This activity is hosted by TriNet. Enjoy! You and your guest are not required to choose the same activity. Please note: Some activities require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number isn't met, we will contact you to discuss if the activity will be cancelled by Friday, March 21.

Activity is waitlisted?

During registration, if the activity of your choice is waitlisted, choose your second favorite, and contact the Event Team to be added to the waitlist. You will be contacted if there have been any cancellations, and you can be added to this activity.

Changed your mind?

You have until Friday, March 21 to contact the Event Team to change your activity choice.

What to wear/bring?

Please refer to your chosen activity's description on this website for tips on what to wear and what you might want to bring.

Confirmation

You will receive a personalized agenda in our Event App with meeting location, time, and other important details for your selected activity. 

Cancellations

Cancellations or changes to an activity that has been previously guaranteed will result in the forfeiture of your hosted activity for that day.

Guests

Hosted activities are open to children and extended family. Please contact the Event Team for pricing and information.

Your Activity

These are optional activities that can be arranged for you at your own cost. We have taken the work out of your vacation and found the best activities and packaged a great deal for you including transportation and often a meal. The costs of the non-hosted activities are listed in the descriptions. Please note: the pricing listed for some activities are based on a minimum requirement. If the minimum requirement isn't met, we will contact you to discuss if the activity will be cancelled or if there is a change in price to accommodate the lower group size by Friday, March 21.

Activity is waitlisted?

During registration, if the activity of your choice is waitlisted, choose your second favorite, and contact the Event Team to be added to the waitlist. You will be contacted if there have been any cancellations, and you can be added to this activity.

The activity you want isn't a choice

If you had something else in mind that is not listed, no problem. Contact the Event Team and we will do the research required to find the best activity. 

Changed your mind?

You have until Friday, March 21 to contact the Event Team to change or cancel your activity choice.

Payment

The credit card you submitted during registration will be charged in full at time of registration. Refunds for activity changes are available until the Activity change deadline on Friday, March 21. No refund for non-hosted activities after Friday, March 21.
