Air Travel Information

You will be flying to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.  Airfare is provided for you and will be coordinated by the Event Team.  During registration you will be asked for your travel information, including legal name, gender, and date of birth.  This information is required by TSA for booking airfare and must match your Legal Identification.

After your registration is complete, the Event Team will be in contact with you.  You will be sent your itinerary for immediate approval under a separate cover.  All travel itineraries must be approved within 24 hours of receipt, as space and fares are not guaranteed until ticketed.  If there are any changes made to your itinerary after ticketing other than what is considered business-related, you will be responsible for the change fees and any additional fare difference. NOTE: It is not permissible to book your own flights.

Spring Health will host your hotel from Tuesday, September 20 through Friday, September 23.  You have the option to depart on Thursday, September 22 after all meetings are complete, or opt-in to join a team dinner that evening with a Health/Wellness morning event with breakfast brainstorming on Friday, prior to departing. 

During registration you will be asked if you would like to "opt-in" or not.


Please follow regular expense procedures for your airport transportation and use Uber/Lyft as preferred options.
