Airfare
Airfare is coordinated by the President's Club Event Team for you and your guest.  During registration, you will be asked for preferred travel information for you and your guest as well as legal names, dates of birth and frequent flier numbers.  The President's Club Event Team will email you an itinerary to approve.  Once approved, e-tickets will be issued and sent via email. We will do our best to accommodate any preferences; however, the option presented will be the best fare available that is accommodated by the program budget.  You will have the option to pay the difference in cost, from best fare, if you choose a preferred itinerary, preferred airline, or wish to travel on non-program dates.  Any non-program related changes to your approved flights and any deviation from the best fare on program dates are at your own expense.
