Air
You will be flying into Tampa International Airport (TPA) or St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE). All flights will be arranged directly by the Events Team. After you complete your registration, you will be contacted with flight options that best fit your schedule.

Driving
If you plan to drive, there are both daily and overnight parking options available at The Vinoy parking garage. Self-parking only will be covered by DecisionHR. 

Arrivals: 

• Monday, August 3rd by 5:00 PM 

Departures: 

• Wednesday, August 5th after 1:00 PM 

Any arrivals or departures outside of this schedule require pre-approval 

Ground
The Vinoy Resort is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport (TPA), with an estimated travel time of 25–35 minutes, depending on traffic. 

Recommended Transportation Options
The easiest and most convenient way to reach The Vinoy Resort from Tampa International Airport is by rideshare app services such as Uber or Lyft. We recommend coordinating with colleagues to share a ride when possible. 

The drive typically takes 25–30 minutes, depending on traffic. 

Uber and Lyft are readily available and often offer slightly lower fares depending on demand.

All Terminals: After baggage claim, proceed to the designated Ground Transportation areas and follow signs to:

• Blue Express Curbside
