Program Includes:
Travel
Roundtrip flight from your home city to Chicago, Illinois.
Hotel
Stay at the beautiful Gwen on the Magnificent Mile where the meeting will be held.
Meals
All onsite group meals are included during the program dates.
Transportation
You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the hotel,
and will receive information about reimbursement at the meeting.
Parking at the hotel is provided should you choose to drive to the event.
