Airfare
Coach airfare for you and your guest will be paid for by Alteryx President's Club. The Club Registration Team will coordinate this on your behalf and will also ensure you arrive before 4:00pm to attend the Welcome Reception on March 2nd. During registration, you will need to provide you and your guest's preferred travel information as well as legal names, date of birth, and frequent flier numbers. The registration team will email you an itinerary to approve. Once approved, e-tickets will be issued and sent via email.
 
If you need to make any changes to your flight itinerary, please contact the Club Registration Team at your earliest convenience.
 
Airport Transportation
Round-trip airport transportation to the Andaz Maui will be provided for you on main program travel dates only. The main arrival date is March 2nd (March 1st for attendees approved to fly in early), and the main departure date is March 6th. If you are extending your stay before or after these dates, transportation is on your own to arrange and at your own cost.
 
Upon your arrival at Kahului Airport (OGG), please collect your luggage at baggage claim. As you exit the area, look for local staff holding an Alteryx sign who will escort you to your transportation. Transfer time from the airport to the hotel is approximately 20 minutes.
Time Zone
Hawaii follows Hawaii Standard Time, which is 5 hours behind Eastern Standard Time and 2 hours behind Pacific Standard Time from March to November. Hawaii does not observe Daylight Savings Time.
 
Travel Documents
U.S. Citizens will need the same documents that are used for travel within the continental US - driver's license or another form of government-issued ID. Please note that the name on your airline ticket must match the name on the ID with which you will travel.
 
All non-U.S. citizens are required to present valid passports. The passport must be valid at least three months beyond the period of stay. Please check with your respective Embassy to see if you need a special visa. For more information on U.S. Visitor Visas, please click here.
 
Packing Tips and Weather
The forecast is in and it's going to be beautiful! In Maui, the average temperature in March is a high of 81 degrees and a low of 64 degrees. Click here for the current Maui weather. Though rain can and does fall during daytime hours, rain showers are typically brief and are followed by one of Hawaii's famous rainbows.
 
General attire for the program is resort casual. For men, this means polo shirts, linen pants or nice chinos, khakis or shorts, top-siders or nice sandals. Women should wear linen pants and dresses, sundresses, skirts or nice shorts with a blouse or polo shirt. Sandals or dressy flats are appropriate as well. Bring a light sweater for cool ocean breezes.

As a helpful reminder, please do not pack any valuable items in luggage you plan to check. Your photo ID, travel documents, tickets, cash, jewelry, medications, etc. should always be kept with you in a carry-on bag. Please do not pack any nail files, pocketknives, or other sharp objects or large liquids in your carry-on bags. The hotel rooms include a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and in-room safe.
