Time Zone

Hawai'i follows Hawai'i Standard Time, which is 6 hours behind Eastern Standard Time and 3 hours behind Pacific Standard Time from March to November. Hawai'i does not observe Daylight Savings Time.

Packing Tips

Do not pack any valuable items in luggage you plan to check. Your photo ID, travel documents, tickets, cash, jewelry, medications, etc. should always be kept with you in a carry-on bag. Please do not pack any nail files, pocketknives, other sharp objects or liquids in your carry-on bags. The hotel rooms include a hair dryer and in-room safe.

Weather

In April/May, Kaua’i experiences warm days with sunny, clear skies. The average daytime temperatures are around 72°F (that is about 15°C) whereas the average minimum temperatures drop down to 58°F (that is about 11°C). Click here for the current weather in Kaua’i.
