Airfare
Roundtrip airfare from your home city to Lihue Airport (LIH) on main program dates are included. During registration, you will be asked for your preferred travel information as well as legal name, date of birth, and frequent flier numbers. The President's Club Event Team will email you an itinerary to approve within 3 business days and once approved, e-tickets will be issued and sent via email.
We will do our best to accommodate any airline preference; however, the option presented will be the best fare available that is accommodated by the TriNet budget. You will have the option to pay the difference in cost, from best fare, if you choose a preferred itinerary, preferred airline, or wish to travel on non-program dates. Any non-program related changes to your approved flights and any deviation from the best fare on program dates are at your own expense.
REAL ID
Starting May 7, all U.S. travelers must present a REAL ID-compliant form of identification to board domestic flights. Look for a star, flag, or the word “Enhanced” on your ID. Visit www.dhs.gov/real-id to learn more.
Transportation
Roundtrip airport transportation to and from Grand Hyatt Kaua'i Resort & Spa will be provided for you and your guest on main program travel dates. If you are extending your stay before or after main program dates, and need assistance arranging transportation, please contact the Event Team. All non-program date transportation arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the employee.
