Conditional Fees:  Meals for additional immediate family members and caretakers are subject to a set budget. If the total cost for additional dependents and caretakers exceeds the allocated budget after registration closes, attendees with additional guests will be required to cover the remaining balance. The final per-person fee will be communicated once registration is complete. The qualifying colleague will be given the option to modify or cancel additional guest participation if a fee is required after registration closes.  

Lodging:  The Grand Hyatt Kaua'i Resort & Spa has a maximum room occupancy of 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults .The room rate includes 2 guests and up to 2 children under 18 years old with no additional cost. There is an additional cost of $75.00 USD plus taxes for the additional 3rd adult or children 18 years and older, per person per night.

Transportation:  Your additional guests may join you on the TriNet sponsored airport transportation on program dates for a fee of $40.00 USD per person, each way. This will be charged during your registration process by the President’s Club Event Team.

As a reminder, President’s Club is a business event, where we will gather to celebrate our success in 2024. I want to take a moment to remind you that this is a TriNet event and like any other TriNet event it is important for you to conduct yourself in a professional and responsible manner. While attending Presidents Club you are a representative and ambassador for TriNet, your fellow colleagues and TriNet Sponsors. The way you conduct yourself makes an impression and should reflect TriNet’s Core Values and policies. These expectations are also extended to your guest(s). All flight reservations will be booked through the President’s Club Event Team. Keep an eye out for an email with an itinerary to approve. If you are interested in extending your stay, either before or after President's Club, please let us know to check availability.  If you plan to extend your stay, any difference from the best fare on program dates will be at your own expense. If you must change or cancel your pre or post-stay, please notify the Event Team at least 30 days prior to your check-in date to avoid any cancellation penalties.
