For dinner, choose from a romantic open-air seafood and steak restaurant set over a lagoon, delicious sushi or burgers, salads, pasta and more. Start the day with a breakfast buffet, coffee and pastries. Enjoy lunch poolside and then take in an authentic evening Kaua’i luau on Poipu Beach. For a private dining experience, the resort offers a starlit beachside dinner for two. Or, dine on your lanai with In-Room dining.

Check-In/Check-Out Information

Standard check-in time at the hotel is from 4:00 PM HST. Every effort will be made to have your room ready for you if you arrive earlier. Check-out time is 11:00 AM HST. The hotel will be able to store your luggage if your room is not available upon arrival or you have a late afternoon or evening flight on departure day.

You will be asked to provide a credit/debit card upon arrival to cover your personal incidental charges while at the hotel. This card will be pre-authorized for a full deposit of $75.00 USD per night for your entire stay guarantee your incidental charges. The hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.

Business Services
The Business Center, located off the main lobby of Grand Hyatt Kaua’i Resort & Spa, provides a wide assortment of services available for your convenience, including photocopying, printing, faxing, and shipping via USPS or Federal Express. The hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Computers and printing are accessible.

Complimentary high speed Internet access is available in all guest rooms for the duration of the program, as well as throughout the resort.
Car Rentals
Avis Rental agency is on property for daily rental car. The desk is open from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM daily.
