All air travel will now be booked through the registration site

Roundtrip airfare for all out of state Dunham Advisory Board Members from your home city to San Diego International Airport (SAN) is included.

During registration, you will be asked for your preferred travel information as well as legal name, date of birth, and frequent flier numbers. The Dunham Advisory Board Registration Team will email you an itinerary to approve.  Once approved, an e-ticket will be issued and sent via email.

We will do our best to accommodate any airline preference; however, the option presented will be the best fare/times available. You will have the option to pay the difference in cost, from best fare if you choose to upgrade. Any non-conference related changes to your approved flights, may incur additional fees. If you would like to arrange for a guest's flights, you can also indicate this during registration.  All guest airfare will be the Board Member's responsibility. Dunham will not cover any guest airfare.

Taxis and Ride-sharing services are available at the Transportation Plazas across from Terminals 1 and 2.

• From Terminal 1, cross the sky bridge and take the escalators or the elevators to street level. 
• From Terminal 2, use the pedestrian crosswalk conveniently located outside the Terminal 2 Baggage Claim Area to access the Transportation Plaza. 

Taxi

Many companies provide taxicab service at San Diego International Airport. If you need a taxi, simply follow the signs leading to the Transportation Plazas. A Customer Service Representative will place you with the first available taxi unless you specify a particular taxicab company.

Ride-sharing

Both Lyft and Uber service the San Diego International Airport, via the Transportation Plaza. Please consult their respective apps for details.

Shuttles

Due to the close proximity of the Andaz San Diego, we do NOT recommend using a shuttle. You will enjoy a faster transfer to the resort using a taxi or ride-sharing.

From the San Diego International Airport to the Dunham Institute Hotel

The distance from San Diego International Airport to the Andaz San Diego is approximately 3 miles.

1. Head west on Airport Terminal Rd
2. Use the left 2 lanes to turn slightly left to stay on Airport Terminal Rd
3. Use the right lane to take the ramp to Downtown
4. Continue on N Harbor Dr. Take 10th Ave/Tenth Ave to F St
5. Merge onto N Harbor Dr
6. Use the left 3 lanes to turn left onto W Grape St
7. Use the right lane to take the Interstate 5 S ramp
8. Use the right lane to merge onto I-5 S
9. Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 16 to merge onto 10th Ave/Tenth Ave
10. Turn right onto F St
11. Destination will be on the right

Parking

Please utilize the valet parking located at the front of the hotel.

For out of state Dunham Advisory Board members, included in your attendance is ground transportation to and from the airport to the hotel. For reimbursement, please email DAB@evolutionaryevents.com for a travel reimbursement request form.

Aside from taxis or ride-sharing services, Dunham does NOT reimburse Dunham Advisory Board members for other ground transportation services, such as chauffeured limousines, Town cars, Sedans or rental cars. Additionally, ground transportation from your home airport to your residence post-conference is not reimbursable, as per FINRA and many Broker/Dealer regulations.
